Do I need an ADSL or fibre line?
No. NFI WiFi uses its own fixed wireless infrastructure. We connect your premises using an outdoor dish and a configured WiFi router.
How do I know whether I have coverage?
Use the Check Coverage button and leave your address and contact details. Our team will review your location and contact you. A technician must complete an on-site signal and technical assessment before your installation can be confirmed.
Is the service month-to-month?
Yes. Home Wireless is a prepaid month-to-month service, so you are not tied into a long-term contract.
Are the packages unlimited?
Yes. Our Home Wireless packages include unlimited data with no fair usage policies.
How can I pay my monthly subscription?
You can choose Debit Order or EFT during signup. Payments can also be made through the NFI WiFi customer portal using the payment options available there.
